Philippa is an award winning Engineering Director at a UK based Aerospace and Technology Company. With a remarkable career spanning several years in the STEM sector, Philippa’s journey has been one of determination, resilience, and transformation.

A Personal Journey of Triumph:

As a mother of three, Philippa encountered the familiar struggles of balancing a thriving career with the demands of parenthood. It was during her return to work after her second child that she faced her own career-defining moment. Determined to succeed, Philippa delved deep into understanding how to navigate the changes and challenges of motherhood while excelling in her professional life.

 

 

Within a remarkable 18 months, Philippa achieved not just success but a promotion to the esteemed position of Head of Engineering at a leading British Aerospace and Technology Company. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience, dedication, and the right support system.

Philippa remains deeply involved in her role as Engineering Director and has delivered this training and support directly to her team.
